π What will you do in this role?
As a Business Development Manager β Financial Solutions, you will be responsible for leading commercial initiatives, identifying strategic opportunities, and managing the full B2B sales cycle in the financial sector.
Your main responsibilities will include:

Identifying and qualifying strategic leads in banks, asset managers, and insurance companies.
β
Managing the sales cycle, from prospecting to contract closing.
β
Developing long-term relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
β
Preparing and presenting commercial proposals tailored to client needs.
β
Negotiating terms and conditions, ensuring the best agreement for both parties.
β
Collaborating with internal teams (product, marketing, and customer success) to ensure an exceptional customer experience.
β
Staying up to date on market trends, competition, and new business opportunities.
π― What we are looking for in you
πΉ Experience: Minimum 3 years in B2B sales within the financial or technology sector.
πΉ Education: Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
πΉ Commercial skills: Negotiation, consultative sales, and relationship management with strategic clients.
πΉ Results-oriented: Ability to meet and exceed commercial objectives.
πΉ Languages: Portuguese, Spanish, and English (mandatory).
πΉ Tools proficiency: CRM (HubSpot or others), Excel, PowerPoint, and market analysis platforms.
